Research firm presentation to be rescheduled, after weather-caused cancellation

The Computing and Information Technology Center, CITC, has invited Gartner Research to present an overview of services available through the university’s subscription. 

The free presentation will be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4 at Discovery Park, Room B185.

Jani Rundall, Gartner account executive, will explore the company's web site and discuss published research and services available to faculty, staff and students.

Gartner, Inc. is a leading information technology research and advisory company with 60,000 clients in 11,000 distinct organizations. Gartner Research, Gartner Executive Programs, Gartner Consulting and Gartner Events work with every client to research, analyze and interpret the business of IT within the context of their individual role. Founded in 1979, Gartner is headquartered in Stamford, Conn., and has 4,400 associates, including 1,200 research analysts and consultants, and clients in 85 countries.

The interactive presentation will include use of Gartner resources, webinars, new research reports and a review of Gartner campus portal.
