Fouts Field parking lots close Nov. 27

Fouts Field parking lots 19 and 20 will close for at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 27 for the Mean Green versus Kansas State home game which marks the team's final football game to be played at the 58-year-old stadium. UNT permit parking will be not allowed in these lots.

Any vehicles left after 8 a.m. on Saturday will be towed at the owner’s expense. Parking may resume in these lots at 7 a.m. on the Sunday following game days.

Lot 19 is next to Santa Fe and Traditions Hall. Lot 20 is the area around the stadium. Parking options include:

  1. Free parking in lots 3 and 4 at Discovery Park with any valid UNT permit. Free permits for these lots are available from the Parking Office. The UNT shuttle service operates between these lots and the main campus from 7:15 a.m. until midnight every day when classes are in session.
  2. With the exception of lots 19 and 20, vehicles may park in any P, R, D or A parking spaces without a permit on prohibited Saturday game days, unless signage states that parking permits are enforced 24 hours a day.
