Dining Services announces Departmental Food Card

Departmental Food Card

Need to schedule a lunch meeting at Avesta? No problem.

Need to reward your team for meeting a departmental goal? Take them to lunch at Bruceteria.

Need to celebrate an accomplishment but do not want to order catering? Go to the Union retail shops and get food supplies.

Now departments can do these things without paperwork.

Dining Services has introduced a no-hassle method for departments to bill food purchases from university dining locations. Just bring your Departmental Food Card and the cashier will swipe it.

An IDO with the department’s charges will be sent monthly. A breakdown of these charges by location may also be requested. Each department is responsible for all charges to that departmental food card and must follow university and departmental policy. The card is also be tax-exempt.

Designated departmental staff members can sign up for the card online.
