Career Center and Eagle Images team up, offer free service

Eagle Images is offering five free resume copies to students. Right, Katya Aubry. The Career Center and Printing and Distribution Solutions have teamed up to provide students with a free service that will make the job hunting process easier.

Career Center counselors will provide students with free résumé help as they always have, but now they will sign and issue a coupon to the student. The student can then take that coupon to Eagle Images in the University Union and receive up to five copies of their résumé on high quality, watermarked résumé paper.

Students should be encouraged to utilize the Career Center for résumé help. In many cases, the résumé is the first impression that employers have of applicants. The counselors at the Career Center help students fix grammatical and spelling errors, organize qualifications and ensure that the résumé is ready for the application process.

Eagle Images’ will provide five high quality copies to help UNT students stand out among other applicants. Right, Katya Aubry.

Eagle Images and the Career Center offer other services that are helpful to students, faculty and staff.

Eagle Images offers low-cost printing on things such as banners, workbooks, and handouts that can come in a variety of colors and quality. They also offer a CD and DVD duplication service.

The Career Center hosts career fairs that are both general and specific to the various colleges. They also offer the Take Flight Job Shadowing program, where students can see what a day in the life of a certain career is like. Other services include mock interviews, workshops, job searching help and student employment.
