The Ballpark at Arlington, Texas Rangers baseballUNT employees may enjoy 2013 Texas Rangers baseball at discounted ticket prices. Above, The Ballpark in Arlington, 2012.

Opponents include the 2012 World Series American League representative Detroit Tigers and the cross-state rival Houston Astros.

Discounted games are scheduled through September.

  • Find a schedule of games with discounted tickets and prices for UNT employees. Scroll down on the page, find the University of North Texas link and enter the password for the discounted pricing and available games. The password is meangreen.

Other discounts on merchandise and services are available from the PerkSpot program. PerkSpot is a national service that provides discount and buying programs for organizations of all types.

The Staff Council and its Compensation and Benefits committee negotiated the addition of PerkSpot to employee perks. PerkSpot offers various discounts, rebates, deals, and savings on apparel, automotive, books, computers, electronics, food, concert tickets, hotels, car rentals and travel on many well-known stores and brand names in the U.S. - online and off, nationally and locally.

Discounts and deals are updated daily.

PerkSpot membership is available to employees of UNT and the UNT System.

  • Learn more about PerkSpot, enroll as a UNT employee.

The Perks Page on the Staff Senate website is set to automatically redirect to the UNT PerkSpot logon.

Employees can create a personal account with PerkSpot. The logon information should not be their EUID username or password. Use a personal email, and, of course, don't shop at work.
